Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Project Engineer to join an innovative team, within a business that creates cutting edge meal solutions into the UK food supply chain, across retail and food service.
This is an opportunity for a Project Engineer with a strong background in overseeing and managing small to medium sized CapEx projects.

As a Project Engineer your key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple small to medium CapEx projects.
- Project budgetary control.
- Liaise and work with engineering & production to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Be the main point of contact with business stakeholders, attending meetings both internally and externally.
- Contractor management, ensuring all induction documentation is complete and safe and effective working is being adhered to.
- Communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- Level 3 qualified in engineering as a minimum.
- Strong CAD experience.
- Experienced working in a projects-based role and confident working in a standalone capacity.
- Fast paced manufacturing experience – FMCG / Food would be a distinct advantage.
